Don't miss out – Make your reservations early!
Your group's reservations need to be made as far in advance as possible. A signed contract
and a 25% deposit are due 2 weeks after you confirm your reservation. It is generally best to reserve at least
6 months to a year in advance due to demand, although we will do our best to accommodate your group any time you
call. Some holidays and exclusive contracts may require a 35% deposit to hold a reservation.

No cookie cutters here. At Alpine Meadows your experience is customized. Need a facilitator for a
ropes course day? No problem. How about a lifeguard for swimming? We got 'em. Let us know what you need and we will
arrange it and make sure it is the way you want it. Our experienced, knowledgeable staff can help you plan your
retreat from A to Z and will be there 24/7 to help guide you through your event.
